2. Our products

We sell model portfolio books (printed or digital) and digital city guide e-books. City guides are publications only; we do not sell or arrange travel, tours, accommodation or guide services. Product descriptions, formats and delivery times are shown on each product page and confirmed by email.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods may include Alipay; WeChat Pay will be added when available. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you select for the amounts you approve. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to supply materials (such as photos) you have the right to use, and not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website and of our guides belongs to Glinsky Corporation or its licensors. Digital products are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. You keep the rights to photos you provide for your portfolio book.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. City guide information is provided for general reference and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
